Manuel Borroso Warns Ireland of Ghouls

DUBLIN (AFP) — European Commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso warned Ireland on Thursday that the European Union has no plan B if Irish voters reject its controversial new treaty in a crunch upcoming referendum.
