Chemtrails Over Ireland?

It was a clear, sunny Wednesday here in Galway (a rare event) and I was happy because I’d get to be out in it all day. I looked out my window and saw a contrail… I thought “ugh, not those horrid things” - but then I looked again and saw that this was not a contrail as it went nowhere. Contrails disappear within a minute. These were thick and rather static.

Now. I saw a few more jets spew fat “contrails”. But the van goes going too fast to get a clear picture out of. These pictures were taken towards the North-East, as you can see the sun. Odd when you consider that planes always pass by the West of my house.
